Our Home Information Pack service is so simple. We can order your HIP with one click of the mouse, and arrange the Energy Efficiency Inspection and the searches for you.

There are 2 simple payment options, including deferred payment if required.

What’s more, if you instruct us to deal with the legal work for your sale, we don’t make a charge for our work in helping you to obtain the HIP you need to start selling your property.
